TERMS OF USE

ERIIN's ("ERIIN" "we" "us") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "TOS"). Please read the TOS carefully before placing any orders on http://ERIIN.com. 

We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. 

REGISTRATION 

To use the full range of services or features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address hello@ERIIN.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. 

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify ERIIN immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details for us to fulfill your order. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. 

The Site is available only to individuals and others who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to ERIIN, whose applications are acceptable to ERIIN and who have authorized ERIIN to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. ERIIN reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. 

ERIIN offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from distribution centers run by ERIIN or by individual designers. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to ERIIN. ERIIN will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a designer supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at ERIIN. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock. 

Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable. 

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period. 

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are shown in Great British Pounds, Euros, US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Japanese Yen, Singapore Dollars, Chinese Yuan, Korean Won and Hong Kong Dollars.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Product prices are set before each product is launched, using existing currency exchange rates. 

Customers purchasing from ERIIN may incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are excluded in the final purchase price. Customers will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the relevant shipping provider or import broker. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. 

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in the currencies available on ERIIN, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

ERIIN grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of ERIIN. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW?

ERIIN collects personal information in several ways - when you sign up for an account, place an order, fill in your profile information, or register for a service or promotion offered by ERIIN. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order. 

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order. 

WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

Our site uses cookies to keep track of how often you visit our site, the contents of your shopping cart, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. We will also use your details to fulfill and deliver your orders and manage your account. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body. 

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only ever in accordance with your preferences (as detailed in the next section). We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies. 

We do collate information about site traffic, sales, wish lists, and other commercial information which we may pass on to third parties but this information does not include any information which can identify you personally. 

Finally, we may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns so we can consistently improve our site design to better meet our visitors' needs. 

MARKETING OPT-IN AND OPT-OUT PROVISION

You have the option to opt-out of our mailing list service, as any e-mail we send you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link so that you can opt-out of that particular mailshot.
